2. Egyscape Pyramid:

As we believe in the power of people, we place them on the top and they are always on the top of any kind of business. Without the right person, your business will probably fail. We teach our people how to organize themselves and how they can maintain a proper workflow to accomplish the business goals in a professional way. From that point we formed the second angle of the Egyscape pyramid which is called the Process. While our people maintain the right process and the right workflow, we provide them with the weapon of Technology to attack any problem and by that we formed the third angle of our Pyramid. Our People Process Technology Model is also applied when we try to find the right person for our clients.
3. Workflow & Quality Control:
As we grown up into every day's business, we found that many companies do not fulfill a specific requirement because they do not follow any workflow. And we believe that the main reason for any failure would be an unstructured way of how these companies do the work. We also wanted to be honest with our clients and to gain trust from Day one. We explained how our workflow can be done as shown in the diagram above:
1. Client Request: This is the first point and the most important in our workflow, Primary you can send your demands by fax or email with clarifying the job description and the limited time for execution and it would be better if you considered our company as a representative from your side in Egypt for a long prosperous co-operation.
2. Thorough Request Study:
We study your request thoroughly, and we come up with the right standard of information template that contains the following:
- 1. What is the exact Job Description?
- 2. What is the exact salary our client is looking for?
- 3. What are the exact skills our client is looking for?
- 4. What is our Time limitation to find the right person for the job?
- 5. What are the other special skills that our client is looking for as preferable?
- 6. What are the Roles & responsibilities that a prospect should expect to do?
3. The Matching Process: We then go into an iterative loop that will only stop when the time limitation is reached. During that search loop, we gather as much as we can from our RED professional pool with at least 85% Criteria matching the information template formed and signed by our client. If our pool is not enough which is a rare case, we advertise in all possible media available in Egypt, until the requirements are matched.
4. Filtration Process: At this stage, all candidates are marked as ORANGE Candidates. The reason for that is, we never qualify anyone unless he/she passes Egyscape's professional testing cycle. These testing cycles varies from client to client and according to the Information template. The testing cycle will then filter All those orange candidates by going into personal interviews, technology exams , IQ exams and then finally by the Client's special exams if provided. Finally we deliver all those GREEN candidates to our clients plus their testing scores if asked to our clients.
4. Who recruits with us:
Our major client includes Saudi, Dubai, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, U.A.E., Oman and other international Companies from different industries in the Gulf region.
